This dish prepared for Ghost festival which is celebrated on September 9th of this year. Eight tomatoes stuffed with a paste made from mushroom fungus, bean thread, vegetarian mushroom balls carries no meat. Spiced with pepper and garlic and garnished with parsley and cucumbers.
